Draft Ratings: B- D D+ C+ B- A Age: 20 Height: 6’9” Weight: 280 Position: PF/C College: Maryland Pros: Anya is very raw, he started playing basketball at age 14 because of his gigantic frame and has worked year after year on polishing his post moves. He takes up a ton of space in the post and is often compared to Zach Randolph because he is big, but light on his feet. He's fairly quick for a man of his size and has become a serviceable post defender. His rebounding gets better all the time and he should average double digits eventually. He is very strong and that helps him get position. He's also very good at holding the ball and not turning it over carelessly, his dribbling is impeccable. Cons: Anya has never taken the time to learn how to shoot and as a result, his free throw shooting and perimeter shooting is pretty bad. His three point range is non-existant. While he is quick, he tends to gas easily and should work on his stamina. Anya isn't a very good passer, he looks to shoot first. His shot blocking is improving, but it's doubtful that he'll block a shot every game. Outlook: Anya is a raw talent with room for improvement across the board. If he reaches his optimal potential, you could have a 20/10 guy every year, but if he decides to stop putting in work, he'll be coming in off the bench. The sky's the limit.
