Strengths: Cassell is a tall point guard who has all of the tools to be a starting caliber point guard in the BBS--maybe even from day one. Blessed with an excellent stroke, Cassell can knock down the three as well as the midrange jumpshot. Cassell is also a solid ball-handler and passer. His assists numbers won't blow you away and his a/to ratio is just okay, but he's good enough at protecting the ball right now. A capable defender when he wants to be.
Weaknesses: Does not posses great speed. While he can pass the ball, Cassell might not be the facilitator a lot of teams want from their point guard. At this point in his career, Cassell is also a mediocre defender and inside scorer.
Overall: A lottery pick that should be a starting point guard for a long time in this league. Very solid starting ratings.
