Strengths:[/u]
Hurley, coming off a fantastic college career at Duke, is looking to bring his success to the pros. The All-Time NCAA assists leader, Hurley is a terrific passer whose ability to find open lanes and get the ball to the open man has impressed scouts. Hurley is also a natural leader, his basketball IQ is very high, it's like having another coach on the floor. Scouts really like his quickness too. His upside is above average, and he could be quite good.
Weaknesses:[/u]
Hurley is offensively challenged, and always will be. He'll never be a 15ppg scorer, and he may not even average 10 a game. He's the definition of a pass-first PG. He's a terrible shooter from any range, but he's especially awful from beyond the 3 PT line. He's also mediocre defensively and will need to work on his 1-on-1 defense if he wants to be a starter in the league. Terrible rebounder. He probably needs to add some weight, he's as skinny as it gets, and that won't get him far in BBS.

A probable late lotto-mid 1st round pick because of his upside, but will need to improve a lot to be a starter.
