I didn't think Play could talk out of his ass any more than he already does but he went ahead and outdid himself again. When the hell do I talk down to literally anyone let alone new GM's? What the hell are you talking about?

If were worried about inflation, these are the types of things that can cause it. Giving out +20 in upgrades for 1 article is kinda insane.
