what is Mad Men and Shameless about? trying to go through a bunch of TV Shows... I tried Eastbound and Down but I don't know not feeling it right now. i liked the first season of eastbound and down thought its been pretty mediocre ever since. mad men is about some ad agency in the 60s. lots of drinking, sex, and smoking. |

Eastbound has been downhill after the first episode. It still has some hilarious moments though

Shameless is based off a show in the UK of the same name. The US version is about a family living in the southside of Chicago. William Macy plays the dad, Frank Gallagher, who is an alcoholic who does everything he can to get money to continue drinking without actually working. Emmy Rossum plays Fiona Gallagher the oldest child of six. She takes care of the other five because the mother split. There are always quite a few stories going on primarily with Frank, Fiona, Lip (Phillip), Ian, and Steve. Lip and Ian are the next oldest Gallaghers. Steve is Fiona's boyfriend. There are 4 other major characters I don't feel like getting into. The show really shows how these characters have no shame about what they do in their attempts to get through life. There is a lot of partying and a lot of sex as well
