If LSU plays Alabama in the BCS title game, they at least deserve to have wrapped up the AP National Championship before the game is even played.
But it's bullshit that LSU, an undefeated team that rolled through a brutal schedule, has to play an extra game and beat a team it's already defeated in order to fully call themselves National Champions.

Alabama is essentially rewarded for having lost that game to LSU on their home field.
You should have to win your conference and/or go undefeated in order to play for the National Championship

i would agree if LSWHO? beat us handily but we outgained them on offense and i know not making FGs isnt a good excuse but we missed 4 FGs and had a bogus call on that michael williams catch on the 1. i just think alabama and lsu have proven they are the best two teams in the nation THIS year and should play again, this year is proof the NCAA needs a playoff system though.. i know im biased but who gives a shit about okie state like srsly they lost to fuckin iowa state. nuff said

Georgia hasnt played either of them, so maybe they arent the best...maybe they should actually have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt they are so much better. Oklahoma State played a game on the same day they learned members of their athletic community died in a plane crash...on the road...oh, and they have not lost to LSU already

also, no team is going to not win there conference yet go undefeated, so that caveat is not worth it
