(I'm a Glasgow Rangers fan and 'Sir' Fergie used to play for us, until we sold him for being generally crap - as with most things that erk him, he hasn't ever let them live it down - WANKER!!!)

The most successful manager in history is generally crap?
Meh, Real Madrid still sucks. For a team that costs a gazillion pounds, they should be walking every competition... but instead they can't even beat a village team over two legs and get knocked out of their domestic cup LOL.

Kaka is now out until next year with injury. 2)In copa del rey we never put our "star team" out there in the beginning rounds, absolutely no excuse to lose to a Second Division B team whatsoever but Copa Del Rey is by far the least important championship. 3)We finished #1 in our group for Champions League and are only 3 or 4 points back from Barcelona in league standings again this with ronaldo injured for most of the season and now Kaka out. We played great against Barcelona, and so did Ronaldo and it was his first game back |

He was injrued for us for a long period of time missing loads of games, and we still went on to win. Look at us now, we have only ONE fit defender (Evra) as literally every single other defender in our squad is injured. Doesn't mean we can still drop points or lose games. Injuries are a part of the game, you still have to win. The best teams aren't judged on how they play when they play well or with a full squad, it's how they play when they play badly. If a team can only play well when they have a full squad or are playing well, they won't win silverware. |

I always thought of forks and knives as silverware....not cups.....does sound like a lot of excuses though. LOL The trophies are all made of silver apart from the World Cup I think. I mean, I may be wrong, but in the UK everyone always talks about silverware as trophies. |

That's like saying if the Lakers lose Kobe Bryant for most of the season they are still expected to be great, while yes Basketball can be dominated by one player.. in many cases so can in football to. How many times has Messi basically carried his team to a win? Or Maradona back in the day? When you are with out your BEST player then yes you will not be playing your best but what excuse am I making really? We are second in the league, and 1st in Champions league outside of Copa Del Rey which we haven't won in years anyways we are having one of the best season ever. I think we had the best start to a season in franchise history this year. |
