Most of his activity was non sim related. He wasnt doing a very good job with his team. I think we have better candidates right now.

HF, you just need to step it up. I mean I ask you for more in sim related stuff and you havent really done any DC stuff. You havent gotten to 200 posts. I just think you couldve shown more. You really need to do more day to day ON YOUR TEAM. Ill give you the rest of the year if you want to prove yourself.

I HAVE been posting in sim threads, i posted in a few trade blocksand changed my DC and my team was doing decent after that. So I don't get why change it when my team should be where its at. Do you want me to play Strickland at C or something?

Maybe change your big rotation? Maybe acquire a better backup guard for one of your bigs? Try your big men at different positions to see if they sim better? Change your pace and tactics? Change your offensive options? Post enough to upgrade your players?

You have 137 posts. For a new guy to be at the bottom of the activity pile is pretty much indefensible.

We have too many guys on the WL for anyone to be coasting. I have way mroe patience with guys like Jordan and Blue because theyve been around forever. New guys need to be on top of their shit.
