I voted no. I think this may not help the bad teams a lot. I could be wrong but I don't mind trying it for a couple of years.

honestly i want to keep my team, not sure why i had nobody playing. ill turn it around if given another chance, i understand if i dont though.
and marty, for someone who bitches about people not returning PMs, you really fail to do so yourself.
