you're right I don't realize it I'm not nor was ever a student in college. I definitely don't think you spend the time studying that I do. Not even a question. So yeah, student or not, I don't think you realize just how much time we/I put into this at the end. You clearly don't if you're even bothering to argue about someone's activity so close to exams.

I don't know but for me, Freshman year of college is always the easiest. It only gets harder. Completely disagree. It gets much easier. You have no idea what to expect freshman year. You think you can do what got you by in HS but you can't at all. I kept falling behind freshman year because I misjudged just how much work there was. You learn from your mistakes from freshman year and it just gets easier to handle. Plus things like 8 hours of studying in a day is so foreign freshman year and so typical now. I mean, maybe it's different for on-campus students than commuters. I was always a commuter maybe I'm alone in my opinion but I thought Freshman year of college was a breeze. It was my Sophmore year of college where I started really struggling and took the year off because of it.

I would love to know how 9k posts in this short of a time is inactive. A lot of leagues don't even get that in 2 seasons. Don't see how you can be disappointed with a 10k post season. Besides, everyone at this point is either waiting for the playoffs or lotto. The middle of a season is always the most boring.

I was on-campus first semester freshman year but a commuter second semester freshman year. It was a lot easier to handle myself second semester when I wasn't away from home.

If you took this thread as an offense, there must be a reason isn't there? I didn't name drop anyone and I didn't even think of you when making this thread and you will get upset by me saying this but if school is getting in the way people should probably give up their spot to someone who can dedicate more time to BBS right now, I don't think it's fair to everyone that there are more active GMs then others. I understand the time right now is not ideal and obviously I understand that hence why I don't have guys like you, nova, or Skillz in mind when I made this thread but the same activity from certain people has been the same from the last BBS to this one.

We average almost 10k a sim year.

Ya I understand that. I didn't think you were calling me out because I've been active enough IMO. I'm just saying for those who aren't active right now (whoever it is), they should get a pass because of how tough/stressful the exam process is.

Nova and Blue have both been pretty inactive since they got to college. Nova actually tries harder when I talk to him, Blue says he isnt inactive.

I think my activity is pretty important. I think Im the catalyst for most sim threads. I try to do 20 posts in a sim thread, which is tough. When I reach it the sim thread usually goes over 100 though.

Freshman year of college is most definitely the toughest. You're taking very general, random classes and you really have no clue what to expect. From that point on you start to focus on subjects that actually interest you. You learn to avoid 8 AM classes, you learn which professors are great to have and which suck, etc. Freshman year sucked.

I am going to completely disagree with this. You're telling me that your 300's are easier then your 100's. You might be right that you have no idea what to expect freshman year but you don't adjust on the run?
