Pros: In a prospect pool full of roleplayers that are just looking to stick with a team, Wagner is one of the few sought after alpha dogs because of his supreme scoring talent. While his pull up jumper and midrange game are very nice, his bread and butter is picking apart his defender with move upon counter move out on the perimeter before getting to the rim and finishing. He possesses top flight athleticism that will allow him to get past his defender with an explosive first step and absorb contact on his way to the foul line.
Cons: While his scoring game is tight, his passing game is not. In fact, some scouts would go as far to say that Wagner's allergic to passing, he is a ballstopper in the truest sense of the word. He's not a team player at all and often refuses to exert effort on defense to save energy for the other end. Everyone can rave all they want about how good of an offensive talent he is, but in the end, he is still only 6'2, a shooting guard trapped in a point guard's body.
Overall: Probably a nice guard to have off the bench to spark your offense. His limitations will probably be offset if he has a good defensive team behind him to protect from his mistakes. In BBS, he will probably play point guard despite his lack of passing, and he will dominate because of his scoring ability.
