someone should remind that time Krupinski kept making racist comments to Haberman.. so Spencer had to make a no racism rule and then Krupinski still went ahead and made a Jewish draft prospect when Spencer clearly warned him not to.

What the hell did you say Marty. I made an article called "Why we Hate You" The Krubitchski Edition. All 5 reasons were quotes of him saying stupid shit and me making fun of St. John's. So I quoted all the times he said something dumb and made fun of him for it.. I also mentioned when he told us in BBS one time he got a sexual harrasment charge by some fat chick at his job. |

About this whole situation.
Whatever Martinez probably said probably violates Proboards TOS which could result in IP ban. However a lawsuit is highly unlikely unless Martinez's comments result in Dave not obtaining something he previously was guaranteed. I highly doubt anything Martinez wrote could even be used in a court of law, then again I don't know what was written. You just can't go out throwing lawsuits though for every time a person slanders your name.
Calling Dave's mother a whore, highly unlikely you can get some legal action. Saying something though like Dave extorted 20,000K from me in order to run Johnny Jungle (this is a complete hypothetical situation and false) there are probably more avenues for legal recourse.

Traves was pretty straight forward at least. He joined because he wanted to advertise for his league, then he quit when it started.
UKfan just stopped posting. And hes posted stupid shit a couple times since he got fired.
