I just have a hard time seeing him come back next year playing at a decent level.
Feels like we just hit the reset button with him and he'll never reach his full potential. Shit, come on blazers... Bowie all over again.

I just couldn't see how he injured it on that play with lil Aaron Brooks coming at him. What is Oden made of, glass?

Not sure if he's done yet. He got a lot of experience this year LOL.
Naw but really, his injury really isn't that serious and there won't be a shitload of rehab time like with torn knee ligaments.
I agree that he's pretty dam fragile, but this injury hurts more because he's missing too much court time. The injury shouldn't hinder his physical traits though.

I can't see how he'll stay healthy long enough to make an impact, but I hope he does.

I think this pretty much confirms what I've always thought.
He's really 35 after all.

Ok, but when you're out for the season, again, in the month of December, that's serious enough. When you have to have some type of surgery, again, it's pretty serious. I mean, at this point there are no more ifs, excuses, or maybes. He's injury prone. He's going to be broken down and will not have a fulfilling career. It's hard to really justify saying otherwise anymore until proven wrong. Also, any knee injury is physically hindering. Shit, I hyperextended my knee like two years ago, and that knee is still weak.

Yea, shades of Sam Bowie all over again.
Different injuries but he still looks brittle as hell.
