he just joined to advertise his league. I don't under stand why you would be compelled to throw me under the bus and say that when: A - I've never been anything but nice to you at my league. B - I've asked Spencer in jest multiple times when he's going to make a team open for me. C - I check this site every day. D - I joined this waiting list before my league even started. I mean, whatever dude. |

it's way harder to eat a healthy dinner whole wheat pasta and some type of protein source (chicken, steak, shrimp, whatever) every night. also some veggies in there for flavor. so good |

it's way harder to eat a healthy dinner whole wheat pasta and some type of protein source (chicken, steak, shrimp, whatever) every night. also some veggies in there for flavor. so good Stir frys are awesome. Use broth instead of soy sauce or oil. |
