 Baron Davis Height: 6'3" Weight: 209 lbs College: UCLA C+ C+ B- B- C A Pros: Davis is a tremendous offensive player who will be able to score as well as any player in the league. He is an above average three point shooter, and also an explosive inside scorer. Baron is very strong for a PG and has an excellent midrange game. He is solid defensively and an above average rebounder for a player at the PG position Cons: The biggest knock on Davis is that he's not your typical PG. He looks to score more than he looks for the open teammate. While he is a solid passer, he is the type of player who will look to take crunch time shots instead of creating for his teammates. He is also a very streaky shooter who will continue to hoist up shots no matter how many he's missed. Don't expect him to shoot a great percentage. Overall: Davis is a very good player who has the ability to become an all-star in the future. He is an excellent offensive player who should average over 20ppg for his career. His may never lead the league in assists, but he also should be able to limit his TO's. Would be an excellent player for a team to build around. |

IMO he's a little overrated in real life. I love the guy, and love his game, but he wasn't really a true PG, and he never put up all star offensive numbers (I think he scored 20 or more like twice?).
