This isn't a perfect file. I could spend all weekend tweaking things. I didn't try to make it perfect though, I tried to make it balanced.
No more editing will be done.

Cool, pretty high starting ratings I think youll find its pretty thin. Some big time stars, but the 2nd and 3rd tier players arent extremely impressive. |
