Amnesty Clause
-5000 posts
-You can amnesty a player every 7 years
-Loss of YOUR OWN first round pick within 3 seasons(pick is surrendered during the time of the amnesty). If you don't have one, you don't qualify.
-10% of the Players total salary will be added to your cut salary.(spread out over 3 seasons)

Would it have to be posts which have never been used for an RC or would RC posts and amnesty posts be separate?

nope. any pick on your roster is dumb.
that allows you to forfeit someone elses pick, which doesn't allow them to trade for them back if they want to rebuild, screwing the wrong gm over ftl.
