Ratings are kinda high, but its hard to not have high ratings unless you know the game very well, and you make a point of trying to keep them down.

are you fucking serious? i've never cheated in my sim leagues. i've been running them for about a year and a half now, why the fuck would i do that? i actually enjoy running sim leagues. i wouldn't continue running them if i cheated you dumbshit.
