i've said my thoughts on these so many times. Happy to see people are voting for shit other than 5 to be honest.. only reason why I stopped grading for real is because everything was getting 5s. Wouldn't make a difference if I voted 3 so I'd follow the crowd gonna get back on my shit though.. want to give 5s to things that deserve it I did vote 5 here though I agree. These question articles, and even some of the shitty Mock Lottos get 5s and they are like 3, MAYBE 4 at best. This was at least one of the better interview articles (even though greeme doesn't even bother with proper grammar or sentences lol) and it still really isn't 5 worthy. No gm is going to sit and write a fucking essay for every single fucking question..... And no GM should be truly rewarded a 5 for a bunch of one line answers and a few tiny ass paragraphs at best. All they are is circle jerks of giving 5s to each other. I mean it's whatever, it's not going to change, but don't for one second pretend you believe that "article" CC put up with you answer questions was truly 5 quality. |

I mean click the last 4 or 5 pages of articles and tell me what you see. 90-95% of articles are these interview articles. Why? Because they are easy as shit and require little real effort.

Because they are easy as shit and require little real effort. so why don't you do some? interviews are limited to 2 a season and most people don't even bother doing those 2 so they must take some effort. most articles aren't very difficult. sometimes the most difficult part is just going through the necessary info to put the article together. like mock drafts - the hardest part is ordering the teams and figuring out who traded which picks to which teams. the actual writing of the mock itself isn't that hard. |

I could do an article that requires much more effort than an interview article, and have to settle for a 3 just because it doesn't involve multiple teams in the league. That's how voting always has worked here. So the remedy is to churn out banal interview articles that always get 5's if the person answers gives more than 2 sentence answers. Oh well. Exploiting a broken system is pretty much how FBB sim leagues are now in terms of teams, makes sense it works the same for the articles . |
