^Doesn't limit any areas in TC, that way if his handles are at 80 they can improve to 85. Which they wouldn't do at PF.

And from what I've seen in the few test sims I've ran, a player pretty much improves in the same areas at SF or C. I think C may skew higher towards rebounding a bit, but that's it.

Basically a pretty decent TC for my backups, 2/5 of my starters declined slightly and the rest were no changes.

Hopefully Ruland still has 85 inside, jumpshot, strength. Weird player to upgrade since he isn't a stats defender. If he doesn't turn it over, only really leaves REB and quickness.
