Yeah, you'd think the MC and HC rule would be the same other than the comparative thresholds. But you know how i feel about some rules. If you don't, maybe an article idea.
Down with mandatory minimums.

I dont see why Ashes wanted back in if he isnt gonna participate. I PMd him yesterday about the MC and he didnt do anything. Sure hes busy, Im busy too. he probably thought he had 24 all he has to do is sign an inseason mle |

Inseason MLE when he has 20+ in cap? Weird. it is just you signing, i didn't know it was under the same rule that you have to be within 4.5 of the cap in any case somebody else can sign an inseason mle and trade him to ashes for nothing |
