what i would do i if i was spence would be give magic 60 potential.. He'll still be invaluable with his hidden ratings and with rc's/ac's, he could still be the best in the league. also will make him more unique....instead of all of his ratings filling out
A C+ A C+ A- C and he'll do like 25/11/8, 2 steals 2 blocks 1 to and great %'s! that's with rc's/ac's

it may be another case of where will he improve though
handles rating and rebounding?
I mean, sounds like his inside is great, handles, are great, perimeter D is nice and quickness
on the other hand, his 3 points shot his Defense (with steals blocks and perimeter D being high),
his jump shot etc dont sount like they have a huge amount of room to develop
