He doesn't need to average 40 to be MJ. MJ never did that, though he got close one year

and its not like the assists help make him special, they dont do much at all
if you gave him A+ A scoring then I could see the B handling though, but thats getting a bit hairy
A+ A+ with no passing can do 60 (though thats maxed out everything related to offense)

it hurts his offensive output though, those assists drag down his shooting and dont help the team, which hurts the team as a whole
Larry did 33.3 or more 8 times in his career, it would be a travesty to not have MJ be close to that kinda scorer

Sucks that we've had guys like Wallace, Bingo, Jones, etc come through here though.. no matter how good you make Magic/MJ/Bird those other guys will always be as good |
