Finding guys to overperform seems like it's a bit harder to do then be really terrible, draft good player, make trade. If its so easy why do you have such a hard time with it? yeah i do enjoy jay's recurring "winning is easy" bit when he's been horrible here

part of Jay's living arrangement with me was that he had to defend me on BBS at all costs.
Just FYI.

Like I hate that people say pole is riding bingo. He alone wouldn't win shit and repole is a good GM. I don't like bringing up shit but sometimes Jay you have your head so far up repoles ass that it makes me think you have property inside of his rectal cavity. SO MANY STRAW MEN! Why won't anyone answer my fucking question? Because you certainly didn't.

Do better people.
If I do a better job GMing, will you do better? Please. It can be mutual!

so far we have you not knowing the bucks gm, not knowing repole's been in the league for 20+ seasons and won without bingo, i'm guessing you not knowing i've made 2 of the past 3 finals (didnt have my picks those years. damn.), and you claiming youve seen a lot of gimmicks from repole when he's only ever been accused of one. good shit. see you again when you visit the boards in four days lolz Lol I wrote a real long post addressing everything you said making you look like an ass but what's the point? You'll just come back with some more shit out your ass that has nothing to do with what we are talking about. This league is obviously extremely important to you and a big part of your life so I understand why you get so passionate. I don't see any need for me to add to your stress. If it makes you feel better to take subtle shots at me here or there then feel free. I just want to enjoy the league.

Ya kinda weird right? I come back and pole has a winning team and winning rings and shit. He was sooo terrible before in NBN that it makes it very strange. But ive seen a lot of gimmicks and some obvious coat tail riding of Bingo (who wouldn't do the same though) so it'll be interesting for me to see what happens post Bingo. Was I terrible in NBN? I don't remember much from my short lived come back with the Grizzlies, but I vaguely remember winning a few championships with the Bulls via Alex Hasty and Kenny Boynton. Willie Davis at SG was gimmicky I'll admit, but both my Bingo championships are with Trapp at SG. The only "gimmick" championship I have was the one with Johnny Green at SG, who was drafted as a 6'5 SF, I still don't see anything wrong with me playing him at SG, but to each their own. I'll always stand by the statement that the big guy at SG gimmicks are easily defeated by an outside shooting SG. Either way, a few other guys tried to replicate it with guys like Paul Silas at SG, but no one really had success. On top of that, don't see how it's any worse than a guy like Glock at PG. But regardless of what you thought of me as a 12-16 year old during my first run in sims, I know a whole lot more now than I did then. Idk maybe terrible was harsh since tbh I don't remember all that much either... But I think it's safe to say you werent a top 5 or prob even top 10 GM. So all I am trying to say is that it was surprising for me to come in here and see how dominant you are and how everyone is rating you now. Meh for me the thing is that you are playing 6'5 195 with A outside and B boards at PF and you are playing 6'8 234 with C outside and A- boards at 2/3. Obviously this is your most effective lineup and brilliant of you to figure out.... I just feel like its taking advantage of a 10+ year old game. Nothing wrong with doing what it takes to win or thinking outside of the box but that's just part of the reason I said itd be interesting for me to see you go to work. And yes of course, once again, wasn't trying to talk shit if it came off that way, just saying it was a surprise to see you so entrenched at the top.

People complained when I played 6'5 200 Johnny Green at SG because he had A rebounding. So if Green's size didn't matter, than neither should Bingo or Willie's. Bingo's draft notes said he was an excellent post defender and horrid perimeter defender, so why would I play him at SF if that's the case? From my perspective, everyone in the league plays under the same rules. Everyone else has the exact same opportunity to find guys like Willie Davis who perform better at another position. And again, most gimmicks are defeated pretty easily. Johnny Green got absolutely TORCHED by outside shooting SGs.
