I haven't done a great job obviously. I haven't been able to put in the same time as I used to and things haven't worked out as well. I like where the team is going as far as a potential rebuild is going. I have the young talent to move and my own picks going into a rebuild as opposed to the first year not having it. Still, I don't have to rebuild. I have guys that are fairly young and very capable. Even is Oscar retires (which I'm sure he is), I still have the potential to run a same type of line up I am now. Boone would have to get more play which I'm cool with.

He's good. Potential to be very good. Any GM's that can have time to write articles should be all over him. One preseason he put up around 26/8 or something like that with good percentages. He's capable. Add +15 to his scoring and you have a scoring machine that can rebound and pass the rock. I would like to deal him but I have no problem keeping him and allowing him to go off and put up the numbers he should. I'm sure people will disagree with me. It is what it is.

Thy gimmick? That aside, repole is a very good GM who obviously has studied up on FBB, it's flaws and how to take advantage of them. The whole "possesions and efficiency" stuff isn't all that ground breaking though. repole was just able to put the players together. For that, he deserves credit.
