I'm offended by this comment....Repole isn't touching me. 2626 wins - 1st .582 win percentage - 1st 321 playoff wins - 1st .561 playoff win percentage - 1st Final apperances - 1st Titles - 1st 21 straight playoff appearances I have 251 playoff losses....Nobody has more playoff wins then that. I never used any type of gimmick to win games... i like that it's somehow to repole's discredit that he was smarter than everyone else about DC strategy when that's a huge part of good GMing. btw you played leslie at PG, and i don't think his "gimmick" is bad GMing, but i do think the tacit agreement you had with outlawz on koni bruton is. the rest of your argument is basically pointing out that you've been in FBB a lot longer than he's been. idc, he's a more impressive GM and you havent touched him for ten seasons lmao I offered outlawz ANY 3 of my first round picks for Burton....I don't see the problem with that....He could pick any first round picks of mine and switch them if he wanted too...nothing wrong with that at all...I also gave Outlawz 2 great shotblockers in the same deal. lol @ more impressive Besides this past season, when was the last time I tanked? maybe I should have tanked and landed Bingo Smith.....I admit I've been kinda iffy around here lately but thats because I didn't want to trade any of my youth when I had it.... |

play the koni shit was sketchy because you got a guy by making the other GM think he could decide to make the picks valuable when the time came. on the other guy's end, it's no different than being promised your trade partner will rebuild using the picks he just gave you.
different story if you hadn't pulled that

aside from the first three years of tanking when I joined, I've had 3 sub .500 seasons. In those I drafted: Gail Goodrich (2nd), Willie Somerset (5th), and Dan Issel (5th). Wasn't like I got handed studs in back to back years like CC did.

that 76ers stint was by far the worst GMing job I've ever done. Alot of it came from putting myself behind the 8-ball by being not being as active as I should be. It's definitely something I have to fix but I definitely think I'm more than good enough to be here...
