We watched the first half of Thief tonight. I was stoked for it. Michael Mann directed, he did Heat. Jerry Bruckheimer. James Caan starred. It was kinda boring. I could see similarities to Heat. I just didnt care about Caan. Made it kinda pointless. He was just a dick. Didnt have any sympathy for his plight. I think Heat is soo good because you actually care about Pacino and DeNiro.

One of my favorite buddy cop movies is Running Scared. Billy Crystal and Greg Hines. They really have a funny back and forth chemistry. Storyline is relatively believable. Fun movie. Not something that will be the best movie you ever saw, but a fun movie to watch occasionally.
