Pretty much agree with what you said. Though I'm disappointed you made no mention of the shitty offers you make aar!  I'm one of the few GMs that actually makes offers in this league. Yeah but sometimes an initial shitty offer pretty much puts a damper on things for me. |

The GM who I go back and forth with the most is greeme who sometimes makes terrible offers and I'll sometimes send him terrible offers. We both counter until something works or we know that we're not on the same page

Really nothing to get over. Have little interest in dealing with a shitty offer.
And as far as aar, they aren't as bad as someone like greeme, and it's easier to negotiate and trade with aar, but sometimes there's a gap that just screams wtf. Like Issel for Allen, my first this draft, and futures, and that's a "maybe." Awful starting point. Those kind of initial talks make me feel like the gap isn't closing to anything reasonable and thus isn't worth my time.
I really don't make bad trades, so I am happy with my roster management. In my time back here, I put together a good team and got to the finals. I always manage my cap well, and I help people for free with the HC all the time. I hold onto my players a little too long at times, but for instance with a guy like Baylor, I can happily hang on to guys like that until I feel like I'm getting the best possible deal. I don't need to assemble an entirely new team every season like some people here, that works for them but not for me. To be honest I don't even think trading is my biggest problem, I think I sometimes put too much hope into FA. Also I'd like to have some lotto luck for once :/

Also if you want to send terrible offers back and forth aar, I can do that lol. I think with most terrible offers I receive, I can tell right away we aren't on the same page

It was a difficult fit, which is why I said I didn't see anyone that made sense. While I certainly don't think Allen is worth as much as Issel, I'd at least make the argument that my pick is potentially as good if not more valuable than Issel. Allen himself isn't bad, I feel if I had the time to write articles, ACs would make him pretty good. So the notion of Allen, my lotto, and futures was a pretty far leap in my mind. I could be wrong, but I prefer where I'm at right now.

Isn't that what matters? we've been in leagues together for four years. i'm not saying i have trouble getting deals done with you, and i'm definitely not referring to the glock deal. and about half the guys in the league right now don't send offers, so i'm not even knocking you. but you send borderline offensive shit sometimes  |
