The East definitely has a solid crop of GMs. And I can't really argue with my review.

Meh. One of those Heat GM tenures I didn't GM a single game. Suns I was never around. Didn't even know I was the Magic GM lol.
So pretty much I'm looking at the Bobcats, Rockets, Heat and Grizzlies.
Grizzlies has been a constant rebuild we'll see what happens, left at the end of the rebuilding process with the Rockets.
However that rebuilding process with the Rockets was some of my top GM work in the league acquiring youth and picks. Just never really panned out the way I wanted it to be.
Do I think I am part of the upper echelon of the league. Potentially if I hinder that one blow up trade. That percentage record is no way shape or form indicative of my GM'ing ability and I think you can see that through my tenure with the Heat (longest stint.....7 out of 9 years in the playoffs) and my championships with the Bobcats. Hopefully we will be able to see that with the Grizzlies.
