I think Broph is the best commish Ive ever had. Him and Ashes. I always felt Will let personal issues affect how he did stuff.

WillC ran NBN. He is generally considered one of the best at making draft classes by those that have played FBB for a long time. Actually there are a good amount of people in BBS currently that would still choose an NBN league as their all time favorite. Just to kind of put into perspective how good NBN was at its peak.
