there is a reason behind it, if things go wrong with the sick rebuilding offer, you really dont have a fall back, with your picks you always do true, but getting just your picks means you don't have a fallback if those picks don't pan out or you don't tank well enough either. at this point though you plan on tanking well enough, and there really doesnt seem to be much danger at the top of the drafts now
