Took a look at the Regular Season Awards from the 2023-2032
seasons and created an All Decade Team.
# of Appearances on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd teams is listed next to the player!
Some Observations:
Over the last 10 seasons:
-The MVP was won almost entirely from PG's
-The same can be said in regard to Centers winning the DPOY
-The 6MOY should be Men..both had equal appearances
-As Broph pointed out below: A PG has not won ROY over this decade
-Wilt Chamberlain does not like to chill with the second team at all
-The PF position was one of the harder positions to sort out the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd teams (a lot of even players)
-All League 1st Team for the SG position, outside of Ben Rollins, was won by a different player each year.
-Purnell Jackson and Bradley Barker both had the same number of 1st team appearances but Jackson has 4 MVP's so hes got an edge.
-I would love to see the 1st & 2nd team battle it out
-All League 3rd Team is a big drop off from 1st or 2nd (They are good but not how the 1st and 2nd team was for their whole career)
-All Defensive 1st team is dirty
-Koni Brutton with SEVEN All Defensive 1st teams at PF & JD Quincy with 6 @ SF
-Slick Leonard was named to the All Defensive 1st team 6 times, 3 @ SG & 3 @ PG
-How many players from the Bulls Championship teams appear in this article???
-Wilt Chamberlain is a god
