Real potential hasnt changed. CSV means to output the real ratings of players into a file you can upload to start a new league. When I had to do this with the last incident it changed all scouted potential.
If you want me to change your players scouted potential back to what it was before, feel free to PM me and I will. Real potential hasnt changed though.
