This article will look back at every single draft and find the best player selected at certain spots. Early on, it will be easy to determine who the best pick was at select spots, but as the article comes to a conclusion, there will be some very tough calls to make.

9th Overall Pick:
Nene C 6'11'' 260 20 B- C- D+ B- B- A selected in 2002 by the Cleveland Cavaliers
Nene was consistently one of the best rebounders in the league for a long time and was a staple on winning teams.
Nene had the ability to block shots, but was more known for his solid inside scoring and tremendous rebounding ability.
