Thorpe shoots 47% for his carer, 82% from the line (and he lives at the free throw line), and isn't totally anemic blocking shots. He's basically Dolph Schayes without the awesome rebounding. Surely someone out there is willing to give two firsts for a 26 year old PF like him. AC his shot blocking and he's a stud defensive player too. I would gladly keep him if his skill set wasn't entirely duplicated by Harris and Petit.

Is there really no one who can use a 26 year old big man who scores efficiently, blocks some shots, and rebounds pretty well for a couple 1sts?

Meh would prefer pretty much any other picks in existence to those, but I suppose I may have to settle if no one else will step up.

Maybe I would if you still had Laifer and could throw him in.

I haven't scouted him but my guess would be he's in the 80-85 inside range, 75-80 jump shot range, and is a much better offensive rebounder than defensive rebounder, with around 70 blocks. Also bet he's not a high jump inside rating type guy (which tends to mean higher percentages than the typical A- inside big)
He doesn't do anything extraordinary, but he's efficient offensively because he gets to (and converts at) the line so often, he can block a few shots and would probably be pushing 2 a game if someone ACd him there. The key to me is his jump shot, I'm betting it's bordering on C+.
