"Its been four years, plus this season to day 85 since I did this. The Wolves were dominant in this stretch, going for finals appearances in the first three seasons, and totaling up 414 points. The Bulls rank second with 383, and the Bucks hang onto third despite two rebuilding years thanks to consecutive titles to lead off the stretch, finishing with 354 points, more impressive is the fact that both the Bucks and Wolves were in the top three for the 4 year stretch in the previous iteration of the rankings. Habes, you were fourth, but most amazingly is that Marty was fifth.....24 GM's should be ashamed." lol @ saying people should be ashamed... I've built top 10 teams in the past my problem is, I get bored to easily and don't sit on a good team for to long. I think I am finally learning from my mistakes and being more patient with my team. it is also a cyclical thing. everybody tanks at some point - some for 2 or 3 yrs - so a random 4 yr stretch means little no not everyone 1990 - 30-52 1991 - 16-66 1992 - 29-53 1993 - 51-31 *1994 - 62-20 1995 - 57-25 *1996 - 68-14 1997 - 60-22 1998 - 47-35 1999 - 47-35 2000 - 38-44 2001 - 20-62 2002 - 36-46 2003 - 64-18 2004 - 60-22 2005 - 46-36 2006 - 44-38 *2007 - 48-34 wrong.

Not sure what you are trying to prove Whoever's team that is has 2 three year stretches of not making the playoffs Obviously anyone willing to tank for three years should be able to build a very good team
