K, some things for you all to consider. I need you guys to be more thorough. To take a little extra time to do things more concisely.

This includes....

Learning the FA rules.

Know when you have a MLE, LLE or when you have cap. Use the history section to know what you can offer to your Bird players by checking their previous salary. And please do a better job of acquiring expiring contracts in FA.

Also, alphabetize! Must have had this problem with 10 guys this year. No more then 20 bis per sim, alphabetized!

Lots of guys have been doing these wrong. As for DCs, Ive never asked for them to be in a specific order, but it would help me alot.

Ive soured on preseasons. I know its helpful, but I like the unknown factor of how teams will sim and I think its even more cool because the ratings are so low and small changes can mean a lot. Unless there is a huge outcry for them Id prefer not to do them.
