You switch over to playing with Jack Kelso, which seemed weird to me. Phelps was not relevant anymore towards the end, just a side character. Phelps dies in the end and a lot of the corrupt people are still out there. I guess it makes well for a sequel and how the how Noire aspect is true, but, the story was all over the place.

that gameplay is for PC btw... 64 player matches are only for PC.
