I was kinda messing around with this last night....
48/83 Caps.
Start with 0 cash.
The creation draft works out so you are slightly under the cap after using all your picks. Caps would be 45 or 47. Depending on where your picks were. No trades during the draft.
1 million for each win, claimed at the end of each year. Subtract how much over the cap you are from your cash flow each year.
100k for 100 posts 100k to 500k for articles. Much like ACs.1-5 poll Interviews = 300k for each Roundtables = 300k for each contributor, 500k for poster.
2 types of upgrades 300k or 500k
300k = +3 (3 for ea player) 500k = +5 (3 for ea player)
Must always have a positive cash flow to stay in the league.

Just to be sure I am fully understanding this...
Example... say a team is at 60 cap at the end of the season and wins 44 games. They would make 44 million cash for the wins, but lose 12 million cash for being 12 million over the soft cap?

I think Id need to tweak it some, but most teams are around 75+ which means -17 or so. So itd be hard to lose money. IDK. Just something to talk about.

Yeah there needs to be more penalties with the cash system. Like subtract 300k for each loss or something.
So if a team was at 80 cap and won 52 games, lost 30 games...
52 million earned for the wins. 9 million lost for the losses. 32 million lost for cap penalty.
Results in them only earning 11 million that season.

I think the cost of upgrades needs to be increased significantly. That may solve everything because it would put much more value on winning.
