Breakdown:
Inside: Landings is fairly strong, not amazing, but he will hold his own in the post against other bigs, he is below average athletically, but not terrible, and his post moves are nothing spectacular.
Outside: No three point range, mediocre FT shooter
Handles: As before he is below average athletically, so he is a bit slow on his feet, but he can still handle the PF spot. His passing is sub par, but he isnt going to struggle with turnovers, he tends to play it safe.
Defense:
The best post defender in college. He isnt in inept shotblocker, he gets 1 or 2 a game, but his post defense is absolutely amazing, he uses his strength and body very well but avoids fouls as well. He doesnt bite on the fake and..yeah, just a great post defender.
Reboundiing: Good defensive rebounder. He shows good instincts on the defensive glass but isnt a great offensive rebounder. Still not amazing though overall on the glass.
Potential: A great backup big man, and if he can improve his Rebounding he could be an amazing defensive player.
