21.2 ppg 5.4 rpg 11.5 apg 3.0 spg 1.5 topg
MVP
All-League First Team
All-Defensive Team
Analysis: Payton's stats may be the best of any point guard in league history. He racked up assists, had an ungodly three steals per-game and only 1.5 topg.
Payton carried this team to a championship almost single-handedly. One of the all-time best seasons of any player.
7) 2028 New Orleans Hornets
63-19 record
BBS CHAMPION
Dean Hollis Playoffs MVP
4-0 over Cavs in the Finals
7 losses in the postseason
Key Players:
Andryunas Raskauskas C 31 7'2'' 287 B B- C A B- D
12.2 ppg 10.7 rpg 3.0 bpg
Christian Gola C 29 6'11'' 293 A- C+ C- A- B- C
21.9 ppg 10.5 rpg 2.6 bpg
Dean Hollis SF 27 6'10'' 223 B+ A+ C A- A- C
28.1 ppg 9.6 rpg 4.1 apg 1.1 topg

25.5 ppg 6.7 rpg 6.0 apg 2.5 spg 1.3 topg
All-Defensive 2nd Team
Analysis: Jacquez Knight was in his prime, playing at shooting guard while Trey Mack was a low-turnover, sharp-shooting point guard who didn't make many mistakes. Dean Hollis was just entering his prime and was one of the league's best players.
While neither Gola and Raskauskas made All-League teams, they were a frontcourt force on both ends of the court.
8) 2025 Oklahoma City Thunder
62-20 Record
BBS CHAMPION
Ray McCallum Playoffs MVP

Ray McCallum PG 32 6'1'' 188 B B A- A- C- C
24.2 ppg 5.4 rpg 9.5 apg 2.4 spg 1.4 topg
Analysis: How on earth did McCallum not make an all-league team? This team was simply a collection of very good players who came together and got the job done.
Fab Melo was also in the frontcourt with Foust and Sinclair, making up one of the deepest frontcourts ever.
Ramsey's rookie performance was an all-timer and this was a very unique team.
9) 2023 Milwaukee Bucks
64-18
BBS Champion
Alf Sjoberg Finals MVP
4-2 win over T-Wolves in the Finals
9 losses in the postseason
Key Players:
Alf Sjoberg C 25 7'0'' 305 B+ C+ C- A- A C
19.1 ppg 12.7 rpg 2.0 bpg
Anthony Randolph PF 34 6'10'' 214 B+ C C A- A- B
21.6 ppg 13.2 rpg 3.2 apg 2.1 spg 3.5 bpg
Defensive Player of the Year
All-League 1st Team
All-Defensive 1st Team
Alexey Shved PG 35 6'6'' 193 C A C+ B C F
23.2 ppg 4.8 rpg 7.4 apg 1.7 spg 1.3 topg
Analysis: Shved's output in comparison to his ratings are absolutely ridiculous, not to mention that Randolph's season was bananas.
Randolph was one of the most well-rounded players in the league and even though Sjoberg wasn't in his prime, he was still an awesome player early on in his career.
I'll always regret taking Soren Overgaard over Alf. I was on the fence deciding between them and Overgaard was a bust.
10) 1990 Los Angeles Lakers

Reggie Miller SG 25 6'7'' 185 B- A- C C+ C- A
19.4 ppg 4.8 rpg 1.3 topg
Kevin Johnson PG 24 6'1'' 180 A- C B B C- B
16.0 ppg 9.1 apg
Analysis: Why did I choose this team over the many other 65+ win teams that didn't win a title? The pieces tell the story.
This team did not have a superstar and managed to win 67 games.
They ran the perfect balanced offense and won a ton of games with only one notable defensive player in an era where the league had an incredible amount of talent.
