Analysis:
To be truly elite, you need to have tremendous regular season and postseason success. The only GMs to really accomplish this are Play (by a mile) and Skillz.
The next in line have either had a lot of postseason success and little regular season success or vice-versa.
The above average GMs are inconsistent for the most part and only one of them (Nanz) has more than one championship.
The average GMs have had moderate success in the regular season, but only one of them (Pig) has more than one championship and DB is the only other with a championship in this group.
Of the below-average GMs, only Andy has won a championship and overall, has had poor performances in the regular season.
